Aarhus Dental Center has clinics in Aarhus, Højbjerg, Hasselager and Skejby have recently modernized their clinics with a modern call system from Discover Systems.
Here, dentist Michael Kristensen is very happy with the new systems. Previously, they had a conventional bell, which in many cases could be an annoying or confusing, as they had to choose which tone the bell should call with, depending on who you called from the treatment rooms. Sometimes the staff couldn’t figure out who was being called to the treatment rooms. Also, the sound could be very annoying.
With a dental call system from Discover Systems, they can now call the exact person they want to come to all treatment rooms, and they don’t need to know whether the staff is in the sterile room, the reception or, for example, in the lunchroom. A call from the treatment rooms goes directly to a small pager that each staff member has in their pocket or clipped to their pocket. The pager can vibrate and/or beep so that the assistants know there is a call, and on the pager’s display they can see which treatment room is calling. Easy and efficient, and everything is of course wireless and does not need WIFI or LAN, as it operates on its own frequency.
