The Market Hall Nicolinehouse opened in February 2023 and offers both lunch and dinner.

The food hall offers local as well as international flavors with a total of 14 different food and drink vendors. This includes everything from bakeries to bars, as well as of course, food vendors.

The place offers food and drinks in every form, along with entertainment such as DJs every weekend.

The food vendors use Discover Systems' paging systems, and especially in a food hall like this, where guests need to pick up food from various stalls and drinks from another, Discover Systems' Silent Ordering System (guest paging) makes a lot of sense.

Guests can go to a stall to order food. They receive a token/pager and can now find a seat or head to one of the two bars to pick up their drinks. Whether dining alone or with family, guests can sit down and start enjoying their time, instead of having to stand in line at the stall.

For the food stall, it also has the advantage that guests don’t block the stall, so staff aren’t stressed by a queue. Instead, they can focus on making delicious food.
