The EasyVu™ is a more accurate table location system than others as it use active radio frequency. This enable the system to be very accurate in table tracking, but can also be used efficient as an area-tracking device.

The EasyVu™ system is a simple and cost effective solution for quickly locating and paging guests. At the same time this system also have an easy and flexible set-up using adhesive NFC location cards.

 

THIS IS HOW IT WORKS

When the guest place his or hers order at the cashier, the guest is handed a table tracker device. This starts the timing mechanism for the specific order.

The guest will choose their seat and table and place the tracing device on the table. The information of where the guest is seated is then send back to the server/waiter on a screen.

As soon as the order is ready to be delivered the server know exactly where the guest is seated and can deliver the food fresh and hot.

The system tracks and times the whole flow of the order to the guest, and can be set to give the manager an alert if the orders are late according to plans and internal regulations.
