Pager systems in warehouses as well as production sites

Not only is this segment an area where you want to save but also have high security, and it is therefore precisely these places that a pager system provides benefits and ROI. 

A forklift call system for any warehouse where forklifts are called to different locations. This not only minimizes the number of runs, but also increases the working speed for production machines as example, which thereby get their materials faster. Should a forklift load or fill individual workstations for example, a forklift call system will increase productivity.

A pager call system for storage situations is not only reserved for forklifts or trucks etc., but can also be used to summon people such as spare parts staff or other assistance for which a production machine or loading point need.

On a forklift, the call system is used to call assistance to the forklift. It may be that a forklift needs assistance from another forklift, and the system can be set up to be able to call different people. You can call the system a forklift pager.

Storage situations can be outdoors. This can be, for example, construction sites or where warehouses are located outdoors. An example is a large manufacturer of cement piles, where we have made a special solution, so that the people responsible for loading trucks in the yard can call the waiting trucks directly from the place via a tablet that they carry. This has meant that they no longer have to run around to find the trucks, but can call them directly for loading in the yard.

This also has the advantage for the waiting trucks that there are no language misunderstandings, or unnecessary waiting time.

The system is ideal for production sites where, for example pallets need to be moved from a machine when the pallet is filled up. A call button is attached to the machine that the operator then simply push when the pallet has to be moved and the forklift driver receives a message from his pager about which machine is calling. Thereby no waiting or wasting time for either machine or forklift.

The calling systems are available in easy standard solutions, but we also like to make special solutions adapted to the individual warehouse or production situation, so that storage and production are optimized and organized.
